Gear Grinding

Our gear grinding can grind up to AGMA Class 10.

Overview:

All our high performance gears are hardened, tempered and ground. The hardening process ensure that the gears increase in strength and toughness that results in better performance. The grinding is used to correct any distortion due to the hardening. We are able to grind spur, helical and worm gears to AGMA Class 10. Diameters up to 650mm can be ground with diametric pitches ranging from 2 DP to 10 DP.
