Internal gears up to 1000mm in diameter can be cut

Overview:

Internal gears are a necessity in an epicyclic type of gear arrangements. There short center distances makes it desirable in applications where space is very limited. External gears are used to mesh with internal gears.
With the use of our gear shaping machines, we can manufacture internal gears from 2 DP to 30 DP with 1000mm inside diameters. Face lengths of up to 210mm are possible with accuracies up to AGMA Class 6.
For those high accuracy gears we also offer wire cutting services for both the ring gears and the mating gears.
